Hi everyone! I’m Lyn Stafford/Ryckman—a proud mom and wife, and someone deeply passionate about helping people feel their best in their homes.

From an early age, I noticed how much our surroundings can impact mood and overall well-being. As I began refreshing and rearranging spaces, I saw firsthand how even small changes can create a sense of calm, comfort, and clarity. I also discovered that thoughtful staging not only helps a home sell faster, but often for a higher value.

Today, I’ve turned that passion into a business. I bring over 10 years of experience in interior painting, home staging, and downsizing—combining creativity with practical strategy to deliver meaningful results.

I also have extensive experience selling estate items on platforms like eBay, Kijiji, and Facebook Marketplace, allowing me to confidently guide clients on what to sell, when to sell, and how to maximize value. In addition, as a partner with MaxSold, I have strong expertise navigating the online auction process.

My background in mental health and as an accredited health and wellness coach allows me to support clients beyond just the physical space—helping them move through change with confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
